If you want to be treated poorly, this may be the place for you. I was humiliated by the staff when I asked for my money back after waiting 30 minutes for my food. Everyone else in my group had finished their food and I had not recieved mine, so we wanted to leave. I waited in line, politely asked for my money back and was told "we give you 3 california roll!" and I said "no, I'm leaving, I need my money back" only to have them reply "NO NO, we give you more sushi!" .. after explaining I was LEAVING and would like a refund, I was again told that it was ready and they gave me extra sushi, I ended up leaving without the sushi or refund. There was a line behind me and I didn't feel like I should have to argue for my money, and I didn't want to drive and eat sushi at the same time. I called to ask for an apology for having to wait 30 minutes for 5 sushi rolls and then denied a refund only to be told "we can give you a refund that is all" and when I responded "i don't want a refund, I would like an apology" i was again told "we can give you a refund, that is all". Thank you for taking my dignity and humiliating me infront of your other customers. Because I know that it seemed like I was the one being unreasonable. BTW, i have no review on the food, as I never recieved it.
