    Terrible customer service. My husband and I drove into Courtenay for the first time and stopped in at Taco Time. I proceeded to use the washroom when the employee asked if I needed the washroom and if I would be placing an order. Business is built on relationships and I felt so awkward and uncomfortable that I left. Work on your hospitality guys!! This experience left a sour taste in my mouth and tainted my attitude of the entire city. We will not be back.

    This is not just the best restaurant in Courtenay but one of the best I have ever been too. I look forward to trips up island just so I can eat here. The food is incredibly fresh and full of flavour. If you are in the Comox Valley be sure to make the trip into town to check out this local favourite.
