    Run away from that guy! Really poor service… Dropped off my computer for slowness issues. Was excited as he told me he had great experience in solving this kind of troubles. When I got back my PC, it was actually worse than ever. Of course when I called to get my money back, I have been told he spent a couple of hours working on it, and that the system was running way faster according to his standards… well I dunno what standards he has, but honesty is obviously not one of his core values.

    We've been in business for over 13 years BBB rating A+ dealing many computers on a weekly basis. The person's lack of understanding with computers expected miracles with his economy computer. We gave it the best service like every other satisfied customer.There was an improvement, the person messed it up after a week. Explain to him it would not be cover when it comes to software cleaning service. Once it leaves we have no control what people download or surf, we have a 72hr grace period.

    Hello! Just a short note to say thanks once again to Mark from LIT. He worked on my computer yesterday and helped me set up so many programs. I had a long list of things I needed done and questions I needed answered. He was very patient with me (I am so computer illiterate) and never made me feel that my questions were stupid. He set things up for me so that I can easily access my e-mail accounts, delete messages from my accounts, etc. Read more
