I got a battery replaced on my phone at Mytech and not even a month and half later it is garbage. I should have learned after my first time with them to repair my external hardware component. They told me it was unrepairable and everything on it is lost. I brought it home had a second technician look at it and all it was was the connector. Got all my files back. I was the idiot. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I brought my son’s iPad as the screen was cracked. The screen was replaced but the iPad became glitchy and was not usable. I returned to the shop and after a couple of weeks I was told that nothing can be done. Quite disappointing. Last week I decided to take the same IPad to another repair shop and the first thing I was told was that the screen on it was not suited for this IPad. The IPad was repaired and screen replaced for half of the cost at MyTech Electronics. Take your business elsewhere.

We brought my daughters significantly broken iPhone in to be repaired. The screen was completely and severely smashed and the home button was broken, we thought it was beyond repair. However he was able to fix it and even had it finished before the day was out and stayed late for us to come pick it up. We also bought a screen protector and he installed it perfectly. Pricing was fantastic. Beyond happy and just wanted to share and say thank you for fixing it and doing such a great job!
